Would you like to learn how to cook rural Mayan cuisine? šØāš³š©āš³
Last week we were invited to a birthday party at a rural town and ate "Relleno negro pibil", which can vary, but is mainly pork cooked overnight inside a pit oven, soaked in a black sauce made of smoked habaneros, way more spicy than restaurants versions š„
