Would you like to learn how to cook rural Mayan cuisine? šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³

Last week we were invited to a birthday party at a rural town and ate "Relleno negro pibil", which can vary, but is mainly pork cooked overnight inside a pit oven, soaked in a black sauce made of smoked habaneros, way more spicy than restaurants versions šŸ”„

We're almost there, cooking our new in-person and online experience "Rural cuisine with Mayan Grandmothers" šŸŽ‰šŸ˜‹ Which we're using for sharing real nowadays Mayan culture, so we've mixed other ingredients like music šŸŽ¼ dance šŸ’ƒšŸ•ŗ and well, better have a look at it: https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/4336053

Thank you Airbnb once again 🄳 @bcheshky @ccpowell14 @dtnmatt and all the people behind @Airbnb Thanks for making it easier to share with the world why we love so much native cultures, like Mayan culture! šŸ‘

Please share out there with anyone interested into slow, really slow, incredibly tasty soulfood ā¤ļø
